Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been successfully received.

Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

During new product releases, restocks, promotional events, or holiday periods, processing times may be extended.

We currently ship to customers within the United Kingdom and selected international destinations.

Tracking Information

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information where available.

Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to become active.

Shipping Costs

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the destination, package size, and selected shipping method.

Any applicable customs duties, taxes, import fees, or local charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Shipments

If your order is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible.

We will work with the shipping carrier to investigate the issue and help resolve the matter.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details.

PokeCards69 is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly supplied addresses. Additional shipping charges may apply if an order must be resent.

Pre-Order Products

Products purchased as pre-orders will be shipped once stock becomes available.

Release dates and shipping estimates are subject to change based on manufacturer and distributor schedules.

If an order contains both pre-order and in-stock items, the entire order may be held until all items are available unless otherwise stated.
