We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy with your order, you may request a return within 30 days of receiving your item.

Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return:

  • Items must be unused and in their original condition.

  • Products must be returned in their original packaging.

  • Proof of purchase is required.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Opened booster packs.

  • Opened booster boxes.

  • Opened Elite Trainer Boxes (ETBs).

  • Opened trading card products of any kind.

  • Digital products or gift cards.

  • Clearance or final-sale items.

Due to the collectible and random nature of trading card products, sealed products that have been opened cannot be returned or exchanged.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include photographs of the issue.

Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was damaged, defective, or incorrect.
